Welcome to BTTL. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BTTL, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BTTL. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Users under 18 years old are only matched with other users under 18. Adult users (18+) are only matched with other adults. This age-based separation is enforced server-side and cannot be bypassed.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must provide accurate information in your profile.
You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate others.
You may not transfer or sell your account.

4. User Conduct and Zero Tolerance Policy

BTTL has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Any user found to violate these rules will have their content immediately removed and their account suspended or permanently terminated.

You agree not to:

Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
Send spam, unsolicited messages, or commercial content
Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
Share sexually explicit content or solicit minors
Use the app for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
Use automated systems or bots to access the service

5. Reporting, Blocking, and Content Moderation

BTTL provides tools to help keep the community safe:

Report: You can report any user or content that you find objectionable or inappropriate. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
Block: You can block any user at any time. Blocked users will no longer be able to contact you or appear in your matches.
Content removal: You can remove any content from your feed that you find inappropriate.

We are committed to acting on objectionable content reports within 24 hours by removing the offending content and ejecting the user who provided it. Repeated violations will result in permanent account termination.

If you encounter inappropriate content or behavior, please report it through the app or contact us directly at manager@anroit.com.

6. Content

You retain ownership of the content you create. By posting content on BTTL, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content within the service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate, without prior notice. We may also remove content in response to user reports or as part of our moderation process.

7. Subscriptions and Purchases

BTTL may offer in-app purchases and subscriptions.
Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's refund policies.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. In particular, accounts that are found to distribute objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior will be terminated immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Disclaimers

BTTL is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content posted by users. We are not responsible for the behavior of other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anrotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of BTTL.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BTTL after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
