Anrotech ("we", "us", "our") operates the BTTL mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and profile information provided through Google or Apple Sign-In.
Profile Data: Gender, dating preferences, date of birth, bio, and avatar that you voluntarily provide.
Content: Messages you create in bottles and chat conversations with other users.
Device Information: Device type, operating system, country/region setting, and push notification tokens.
Usage Data: App interactions, feature usage, and crash reports (via Sentry) to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the BTTL service
To match you with other users based on shared interests and preferences
To send push notifications about new matches, messages, and updates
To improve our matching algorithms and user experience
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations
To process in-app purchases and subscriptions

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

Other Users: Your profile name, avatar, age, country, and messages are visible to users you are matched with.
Service Providers: AWS (hosting), Firebase (notifications), Sentry (error tracking), Apple and Google (authentication and payments).
Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and user safety.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers in the European Union (AWS eu-central-1). We use encryption in transit (TLS) and follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

You have the right to:

Access your personal data
Update or correct your profile information
Delete your account and associated data
Opt out of push notifications

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Children's Privacy

BTTL is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
